Due to the overwhelm in postal services worldwide, we cannot replace lost items or issue refunds for international orders. All carrier related delays or issues must be taken up directly with the carrier.

DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS
International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied by your countries government. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer.
Every country has different rules and regulations when receiving international packages. We follow the general guidelines set by the United States Postal Service for international shipping that are not specific for any given country.
Customs regulations are often different for small packages versus large packages. Please be sure that you are aware of any specific customs regulations for your country. We will do everything we can to help you receive your package, but we cannot be responsible for packages that are detained in customs.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED? (United States)
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. The email will include a link to courier tracking information. The tracking number is really a Delivery Confirmation number that allows you to check the delivery status online.
Once your order has been shipped it should take 2-5 business days for first class mail delivery and 2-3 business days for priority mail delivery.
DELAYS IN POSTAL NETWORKS
Occasionally there are delays and/or tracking is not updated within the postal networks. What happens if your package was marked as “delivered”, but it wasn’t received?
When the tracking for your package is updated as “delivered” by postal carriers, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status.
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:
- USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as “delivered” prematurely. Please wait 2-3 business days, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive within a few days.
- Contact your LOCAL USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. They retain POF (Proof of delivery) and you should ask who delivered the package and the details of that day’s delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
- If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm for a refund. Our shipping team works really hard to ship packages out within 1-3 business days, and once it’s in the postal carrier’s hands, we do not have control on the delivery. Beauty and the Bees cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!
