Gently scrub out the flaky skin and product build-up that inhibits your hair follicles, and boost your hair growth with the Beauty and the Bees Scalp Massaging Shampoo Brush!
This dandruff destroying, triple action scalp brush therapeutically massages you while it cleanses your scalp and stimulates blood flow, leading to stronger, healthier, faster growing hair! Also helps with hair retention and regrowth.
Please note:
- Plastic is never our first choice, so we tried worldwide to find a natural rubber massage brush, but unfortunately they are no longer being made. Thankfully, with normal use, these soft plastic brushes last some 3 years at the very least.
9 reasons you need this brush in your life:
- Boosts hair growth
- Increases blood flow
- Controls dandruff
- Relieves scalp itchiness
- Makes hair stronger and healthier
- Helps remove product build-up
- Makes hair look shiny and healthy
- Relaxing and therapeutic
- It just feels so good!
For a stimulating massage, drop your head forward to maximise blood flow to hair roots. Starting at the crown, move fingertips firmly outwards in tight circular/zig zag movements. Allow your scalp to loosen and move with your fingers. Do this for about 5 minutes or have someone do it for you. It is very relaxing and soothing.

I love this brush! Have recently started using one for myself after initially getting one to massage/comb my dog, but, I am now obsessed with my own. I have very fine hair, cut short, and fairly sensitive skin, so most brushes really hurt and are just unnecessary. This is the perfect size, I feel like I am ‘brushing’ my hair, it takes care of my scalp and feels amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Thank you Lisa for your feedback!
I definitely agree with you, it feels really nice to massage the scalp using this brush

This also works well in massaging scalp….I actually find it calms me when I massage my scalp with it, the bristles are soft. I will recommend trying.

I’ve actually been using this on my young dog, with great success. The flexible and short plastic bristles seem to suit her thick, fluffy hair, while still being gentle enough for her to enjoy a brush. She’s a non-shedder so she’s got a lot of hair and she seems to really enjoy this product! I’m still very gentle with her, and find this brush is easy for me to control if she’s wriggling around. Not exactly the desired purpose, but I’d definitely recommend it.

Hi Lisa,
Thank you for taking the time to write.
Whatever it works for is great, lots of our products are multi purpose 🙂 Have you tried our Pet Shampoo? It’s fantastic, also a multi purpose product as a good nit repellent for school children! Maybe not tell them it’s Pet Shampoo though!

I’ve got very long tick hair, I couldn’t really massage my head using this while my hair was wet. But it works great on my kids short hair. I use it as a brush in the shower instead

Love this brush! Makes my scalp feel so clean plus helps with the dry itchyness. Definitely the icing on the cake after switching to natural hair products

Hi Kacie,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review – that’s such great news! It definitely is a great brush to help with the transition to natural bars and it works wonderfully to stimulate your scalp and relieve itchiness and dryness.

This brush moves easily through knots to leave my hair lovely and smooth. Feels quite nice also.

I am sorry I leave a negative review, because I love your other product… but I absolutely hate this brush!
Pins are way too hard for me (I strongly disagree with “extra soft”), they irritate my scalp. They are also quite fine so even when using it as a brush (as opposed to massager), they feel like needles scratching my head… not nice!
Maybe it is just me and my sensitive scalp. But I have plenty of combs and brushes and this one would definitely be my least favorite 🙁

Sorry to hear that you havent had a great experience but the scalp massage to be effective needs to have as stimulating effect on the scalp to increase blood flow…try using it more gently and I feel sure that you will grow to love it: it’s addictive!
